Job Responsibility:
1.Perform service work after sales and commission projects for Brueckner lines.
2.Provide support as required for pre-sales and after-sales business activities.
3.Fulfil customer needs and expectations by consequent work on projects, to achieve and maintain the maximum customer satisfaction.
4.Analyse and solve process problems on site.
5.Report and document failures and design issues, and transfer the information to the department leader and headquarters.

Qualification Required:
1.Ability to work independently and be fully deployable within the scope of duties.
2.Friendly and open communication with customers, as well as good communication with colleagues in the site team and headquarters
3.Good written and oral English skill
4.Willing to travel and adapt to the work pressure.
5.Maintain the contact with customers to analyze specific needs and requirements within the after-sales operation.
6.Bahelor degree and major in polymer material related
