工作职责: 1.Conduct salary calculations and payment for all the employees, as well as social insurance, housing fund and individual tax, make sure the payment is on time and accurate. 执行工资计算和付款,包括社保,公积金和个税的处理,确保其及时准确。 2.Communicate and collaborate with site HRBP/recruiting for payroll relevant data transfer. 和HRBP、招聘同事沟通协调薪资相关数据传递。 3.Provide monthly payroll reports and ad-hoc data for internal stakeholders on time and accurately. 提供及时准确的月度薪资相关报告给内部相关方。 4.Communication/explanation with employees on payroll calculation and payment inquiries. 和员工沟通解释薪资计算和发放相关问题。 5.Seek continuous improvement in payroll function, including but not limited to HR internal payroll process, payroll operation efficiency, HRIS payroll module optimization and SI vendor management. 寻求薪资方面的持续优化改善,包括但不限于HR内部薪资流程,薪资运营效率,HRIS薪资模块优化和社保供应商管理。 6.Collaborate with HR BP to perform annual budget and monthly forecast analysis. 协助HR BP完成年度预算和月度预测分析。 7.Assist HR BP with internal and external audits, provide necessary documentation and support. 协助HR BP内外部审核,提供相应文件和支持。 8.Responsible for government talents and benefits subsidy application and follow-up. 负责地方政府人才政策和薪酬福利等相关补贴的申请和跟进。 9.Support related projects and other ad-hoc programs where necessary. 支持部门内其他相关项目。 10.Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. 关注和薪资相关的法律法规,持续确保薪资相关内容的合规性。 11.Other tasks appointed by reporting managers. 上司安排的其他工作任务。 任职要求: 1.Bachelor degree with 3 years relevant experience in payroll and benefits management, experience in HRSSC is preferred. 本科学历,至少3年薪资福利工作经验,有HRSSC经验者优先。 2.Good command of MS office especially for Excel and Power Point, familiar with HRIS system. 熟练掌握Excel和PPT,熟悉HR系统。 3.Experience with vendor management. 有供应商管理经验。 4.Experience with process continuous improvement. 有持续优化流程的经验。 5.Basic English reading&writing. 基本英语读写能力。 6.Willing to develop career in HRSSC. 愿意在HRSSC领域发展。
