Job Description: 1.Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery; 2.Organizes project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors and the community; 3.Directs the activities of program managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area; 4.Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend company capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services; 5.Reviews aggregate program proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program; 6.High level contact for negotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing and other business items. Maybe primary contact for new or critical customer programs; 7.Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) collection and related reviews and corrective actions; 8.Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers and others; 9.Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
Job requirement: 61Bachelor with at least 8 years’ experience in project management; 61Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills; 61Excellent in English (oral & written) & Computer operation; 61Good communication skill, open mind and team work spirit; 61Strong leadership & dynamic; 61Aggressive, Positive & Proactive attitude
