Responsibility: 1. Recruitment Planning : Develop recruitment plans for blue-collar workers based on business needs, ensuring a dynamic balance between labor supply and demand. 2. Diversified Recruitment Channels: Explore and develop diversified recruitment channels to attract and retain blue-collar workers. Optimize cooperation processes with labor agencies and establish an evaluation system to ensure the quality of labor delivery. 3. Labor Cost Management: Conduct labor cost forecast and monitoring, analyze, and improve variable labor costs to enhance cost efficiency. 4. Performance Management Optimization Optimize and refine employee performance management processes, drive employee performance improvement, and align individual performance with organizational goals. 5. Employee Relations and Experience Enhancement Strengthen employee relations through employee activities and enhance employee experience to improve engagement levels. 6. Campus recruiting program, continuously develop the campus recruiting resources and manage the program. 7. Collaboration with HR Shared Services Work closely with the HR Shared Services team to deliver HR business outcomes effectively. 8. HR Labor & People Compliance Management Conduct regular compliance reviews of processes to identify risk points in a timely manner and establish a risk early-warning mechanism. 9. Support for Other Tasks Support other tasks assigned by the HR Manager of the Suzhou factory.
Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree, 3 -5 years’ experience in Plant HR functions. 2. Blue worker management experience is highly preferred including in recruitment, training skill development, retention and communication. 3. Excellent communication, effectively convey the information to ensure the business results delivery. 4. Strong team player to ensure effectively collaboration across different function. 5. Problem solver with strong resilience to face challenges.
