ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Be responsible for the smooth daily Admin services at Suzhou Plants, including daily reception services, telephone transfers, visitor and travel coordination, meetings/conferences arrangements, stationary distribution, ect. 2. Assist the Admin Manager in managing admin vendors, including cafeteria, cleaning, drinking-water, etc to improve service quality and enhance the office environment. 3. Be responsible for basic administrative data statistics and file management. 4. Support employee activities, such as annual party, CSR events. 5. Other duties and projects assigned by supervisors. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor’s degree in administration management or a related background. 2. 2+ years’ experience in administrative support, or a similar role. 3. Strong MS-office operation skills. 4. Good verbal and written English communication skills. 5. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and suppliers. 6. Be proactivity, customer-oriented and self-motivated.
