The USP senior engineer in WuXi Vaccine MFG23 Suzhou shall be responsible for cell culture, microbial fermentation or virus production with team.
61 Responsible for upstream production activities and ensure current status meet GMP requirement.
61 Be able to execute production projects with limited guidance and lead teammates to complete production tasks as per production plan.
61 Timely update status of process, personal, EHS, environment and maintenance, to help facility run smoothly.
61 Regular communication with foreign clients and report on projects progress.
61 Draft and review GMP document, including but not limited to SOP, MBR, Deviation, Change control, CAPA, URS, IQ, OQ and so on.
61 Lead deviation investigation, implement corrective and preventive measures.
61 Communicate with ENG or relevant departments to coordinate the maintenance, repairing and calibration of equipment and facility.
61 Be responsible for guiding and building team. Ensure all teammates are qualified to GMP activity.



61 Bachelor or above, major in biology, chemistry or engineering. Or have the equivalent working experience.
61 More than 8 years of experience on cell culture, microbial fermentation or virus production.
61 CDMO project experience is preferred.
61 Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
