Responsibilties工作职责: 1. Deal with customer complaints, leading cross-function team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan and resolve quality issues to meet customer satisfactory. 处理客诉,包括跨部门沟通分析问题产生的根本原因,解决问题并采取纠正预防措施以达到客户满意。
2. Complete 8D report on time if needed. 如需要,按时完成8D报告。
3. Support customer to do investigation if any question from customer. 必要时,协助客户调查、澄清问题。
4. Responsible for and lead the external and internal audits of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and UL508. 负责和主导公司体系审核,包括ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001和UL508的外审和内审。
5. Provide trainings if needed to related departments to let involvers know what quality standards are. 必要时与相关部门沟通培训质量标准要求。
6. Focus on quality issues with actions for continuous improvement to achieve our quality performance. 关注质量问题,采取持续改进措施,以实现我们的质量绩效。
7. Implement internal audit includes product audit & process audit to prevent any variation occurring. 执行内审包括产品审核/过程审核避免不合格发生。
8. Reviewing and processing initial documents such as PPAP, APQP from customer. 评审处理来自客户端的资料如PPAP, APQP等。
9. Tracking the implementation of customer change. 客户变更执行的跟踪。
10. Any other tasks assigned from the management. 公司分配的其它任何任务。
Requirements任职要求: 1. More than 3 years of quality work experience in the electrical industry. 3年以上电气行业质量工作经验。
2. Must familiar with quality system ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and UL508. 必须熟悉质量体系ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001和UL508。
3. Good quality management knowledge 良好的质量管理知识。
4. Familiar with problems solving tools such as 8D tools, 5why, 7 quality methods. 熟悉质量工具如8D, 5why, 7大质量工具。
5. Logical thinking and skillful communication and negotiation. 较强的逻辑思考和沟通协商的能力。
6. Ability to communicate in English both oral & written 能用英语进行口头和书面交流。
7. Cooperative, creative, proactive and team work spirit. 具备很好的配合度,创造性,自觉性及团队合作精神。
