Job requirement:
82Master degree in relevant fields, e.g., sciences, engineering, supply chain – ideally enriched with a finance or economics add-on (MBA, EMBA or similar)
8210 years’ experience in an international industrial production, manufacturing or supply chain roles
82Min. 5-year leadership experience of > 30 employees
82Strong quality mindset focused on customer satisfaction
82Relevant experience in lean production methods
82Strong track record in developing organizational maturity
82Solid knowledge of ERP systems, ideally as key or power user
82good knowledge of English

82Draft budgets and manage cost centers
82Support the general manager in strategy development and execution
