Attendance & Payroll: - Attendance processing for China locations (1-2 locations) - Deliver attendance abnormality analysis, OT analysis - Upload shifts into SAP (Payroll system) - Help business lead/location HR with A&T management - Payroll data preparation, validation, processing, reporting, and consultancy for Asia locations (mainly China), IIT, social insurance, house founding management for China employees. - Interface Management-GPS & SAP & ZK system(interface) monitoring HR & Admin: - Policy & Procedure review and update. - Employee training and benefits for the company. - Help China location to implement local government policies. - Office supplies and arrangement. Other works assigned by line manager.
- Located in Suzhou City. - Bachelor's degree or above. -Minimum 3-5 year’s payroll and HR working experience in multinational company, payroll, and attendance expertise in MNC is more preferred. -Effective communication skills and team working spirit, initiative-taking. Willing to take more and help people. -Strong sense of responsibility and discipline. -Fluent in verbal and written English. -Familiar with GPS & SAP & ZK system is more -Microsoft Office skills
