What a typical day looks like:
61 Manage, control and direct the activities and staff involved in the Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain Management.
61 Develop and implement programs to maximize schedule flexibility, while minimizing inventory exposure and maintaining performance to cost targets. Support assigned accounts on critical expedites requests.
61 Responsible for strategic materials customer interface for assigned accounts, and materials P&L of all active accounts assigned to each team member and the group.
61 Ensure timely receipts and delivery of materials into the manufacturing floor at the most economical cost, consistent with quality standards to meet Customer OTD.
61 Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction is always maintained, and ensures the down lines are fully aware of this trait.
61 Define, monitor, and ensure the site materials P&L key performance indicators in a healthy trend. Demonstrate leadership to material sourcing efforts to present strategic material interface for assigned accounts.
61 Ensure periodic scheduled Cycle Counts are undertaken.
61 Implements and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems as required.
61 Reviews, plans and approves purchase orders and change notices, in a timely fashion.
61 Reviews purchase order claims and contracts in conformance to company policy in a timely fashion.
61 Responsible for disposition of excess and obsolete materials.
61 Ensure Lean Concepts are always used in day-to-day execution. Responsible for recruiting, training and developing, conducting performance evaluations, recognizing and disciplining assigned employees.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Minimum of 8 years of electronics material experience.
61 Over 2 years people management experience.
61 Good analytical and problem-solving skills set.
61 Excellent communication & leadership qualities.
61 High level of commitment, responsibility and good work attitude.
61 Ability to present, organize, and resolve problems or issues within the team.
61 Good communication in written and oral English is a must.
61 Worked in multinational companies
61 Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance
61 Automotive electronics industry is preferred.
