Job Responsibilities工作职责: 1.Responsible for sales activities of MAGMASOFT, take initiative in developing new customers and maintain existing customers to achieve personal, department and company sales target; 负责MAGMASOFT的销售活动,积极主动地开发新客户,维护现有客户,实现个人、部门和公司的整体销售目标; 2.Find and analyze customer’s needs, provide solutions to meet customer’s demands; 挖掘分析客户需求,提供方案解决客户诉求; 3.Establish and develop strategic relationships with new customers and existing customers; 与新客户和现有客户建立和发展战略合作伙伴关系; 4.Identify and prioritize opportunities, monitor competitor’s activity with each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented; 识别和区分机会,关注竞争者在现有/潜在客户中的活动,并制定和实施恰当的回应策略; 5.Cooperate with department manager, technical dept. and marketing department to achieve maximum impact through the use of internal or external resources (e.g., Organizing and coordinating relevant marketing activities together with marketing department, Support and educational development of existing customers); 配合部门经理、技术部门以及市场部门,利用内外部资源达到***程度的影响(比如配合市场部协调相关市场活动,配合培训部进行培训活动) Job Requirements 任职要求: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in casting or metal material; 大学本科学历及以上,铸造专业或者金属材料专业; 2.At least 3 years working experience in foundry and familiar with HPDC process or casting materials, MAGMASOFT simulation experience is an added advantage; 3年及以上铸造工作经验,熟悉高压铸造工艺或铸造材料,具有MAGMASOFT模拟软件经验者优先; 3.Highly motivated and self-driven attitude, excellent oral, written and presentation skills 积极进取,独立自主,优秀的口语、书面语及语言表达技巧 4.Good communication skills, team work ability and strong power on implement 良好的沟通能力,团队合作能力和执行能力 5.Be proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook); 精通办公软件,如PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook; 6.Basic English level or be willing to improve English level when necessary is highly preferred; 具备基本英语水平者或有意愿因工作需要提升英语水平者优先; 7.Frequent travelling is required 能够适应频繁的出差
