1. 培训和指导PQ按相关的流程或标准处理、解决质量问题；

2. 培训和指导PQ积极参与新项目，作为项目小组成员，实施质量功能；
Train and instruct PQ to be actively involved in new project as a project team member, Representing the quality function.
3. 监督PQ相关活动符合TS-16949，VDA6.3和顾客要求；
Supervise PQ related activities to meet TS-16949，VDA6.3 and customer requirements;
4. 给予PQ支持，正确使用质量工具和质量方法，快速解决质量问题；
Support PQ to use quality tools/method correctly to solve the problems quickly;
5. 识别项目中和量产过程中的质量风险，负责文件(FMEA, 控制计划，外部文件引入)的编制、更新、审查，组织相关的质量活动进行持续改进.
Identify quality risk in project phase and mass production， Responsibility for the documents(FMEA, Control plan, External documents introduction) created, updated review, organize relative quality activities to do continue improvement.
6.在项目开发过程中评估供应商能力与质量,审核供应商PPAP资料
Evaluation of supplier capabilities and quality during new project development phase, review Supplier PPAP documents according company procedure
7. 支持和指导检验组工作，使检验组增强质量意识，有效地实施检验工作；
Support and Instruct inspection group works, enhance them quality minding and do inspection work effectively.
8. 负责变更管理在PQ方面的正确实施，确保变更无延迟和无呆滞库存产生；
Be responsible for the change management to be implemented correctly on PQ side, ensure change with no delay and no dead stock occurrence.
9.处理、解决客户抱怨；
Dispose and solve customer complain.
10. Stop delivering and producing when production unqualified, as well as be authorized to resume production and shipment after verification .产品异常时有权停止生产和发运；在验证之后有权恢复生产和发运。
11. responsible for the customer audit and third party audit, and follow up the corrective action负责客户和第三方审核，并且追踪不符合项的改善。
