职责描述：
1. Coordination of quality planning and quality verification for sub-components at supplier side
负责供应商质量策划的协调和采购零件的质量验证
2. Be responsible for visit and assessment of potential suppliers.
负责潜在供应商的考察与评估
3. Participate in APQP plan, Kick-off new part development plan from supplier side for sub-components.
参与APQP策划，启动供应商新品开发计划
4. Follow up suppliers on sub-components APQP plan and approve PPAP.
跟踪供应商实施零件的APQP, 批准供应商的PPAP
5. Visit supplier for on-site audit and acceptance, e.g. Run @Rate (aim: planning and quality improvment)
进行供应商访问并现场审核验收，例如 Run@Rate（目标：规划和提高质量)
6. Issue 8D to supplier for nonconformity of sub-component from incoming, in process and at customer side
针对进料、生产过程和客户发现的零件不良，使用8D报告形式发起对供应商的投诉和改进。
7. Monitor corrective actions relating to product quality / quality planning of supplier.
监控供应商的产品质量/质量计划相关的纠正措施
8. Follow up the progess at supplier in dealing with complaints and check the effectiveness of actions at supplier side before closing the complaints.
跟进供应商投诉的进展情况，并结束投诉，确认行动有效性
9. Be responsible for issuing claim cost to supplier related to quality issues of sub-components.
就供应商零件质量问题导致的费用，发起索赔处理。
10. Annual audit to supplier and drive continuous improvement at supplier side
供应商年度审核和推动持续改善
11. Follow up monthly performance assessment of suppliers
跟踪供应商月度绩效考核
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. 5+ years experience in supplier Quality Management or Quality Assurance in automotive industry
至少5年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验或质量保证管理经验。
3. Knowledge on manufacturing and quality control of plastic and rubber parts is preferred
熟悉塑料件和橡胶件的制造和质量管理优先考虑
4. Solid knowledge on IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Sampling inspection
熟悉IATF16949，APQP，PPAP，FMEA，MSA，SPC和抽样检验
5. VDA6.3 auditor training experience or auditor certificate (if there is a specific requirement from customers). Experiences of auditing suppliers independently
VDA6.3 过程审核的培训经历或审核员资质（如客户有特殊要求），独立审核供应商的经验
6. Knowledge on drawing reading, geometric tolerances, measuring theory & method.

7. Good communication and coordination skill in English

8. Can work under pressure and travel frequently.
