Audit Audit planning Coordinate internal & external system audit, internal & customer process audit, and product audit Monitoring execution and effectiveness of correction actions from audit findings
Customer Quality Collect and analyze customer specific requirement, mapping with BMTS QMS Coordinate customer complaint handling Collect and analyze 0-km & field failure information
Document Control Define and optimize QMS documents Provide relevant training of QMS documents to target members QMS documents publish and distribution
Job Requirements Educational background University education / technical college education of engineering (machine engineering, automotive engineering or electrical engineering) Experience and knowledge of process development and implementation Experience in automobile industry
Job relevant knowledge Process organization, description and implementation (process management, capability maturity model, change management) Setup and maintenance of the MM System audit Process audit Project management Text layout (e.g. e-mail, letters, reports, press releases)
Work Experience (at least 5 years' related experience) Quality management system (ISO9001, IATF16949) Knowledge of standards Knowledge of requirements
