主要职责Main Responsibilities：

1. 负责制定、维护并持续优化公司ISO9001-2015质量管理体系文件，确保其符合国际标准及公司实际需求。
Establish, maintain and optimize the QMS continuously according to business requirement, quality regulations and standards, to ensure the quality management system’s effectiveness, efficiency and compliance.
2. 负责产品生产过程质量控制能力分析、统计和质量异常分析改进活动；不合格品仲裁、预防措施的制订及处理。
Responsible for quality control analysis, statistics and analysis & improvement of extraordinary quality during manufacturing process; arbitration of non-conforming product, prepare and deal with preventive measures.
3. 监控质量体系的运行与持续改善，对公司体系文件的完整度及合理性进行评价和优化。
Monitor the operation and improvement of the quality system, evaluate and optimize the completeness and rationality of the company's system documents.
4. 组织并协调外部和内部审计，确保业务部门顺利通过外部审计。有效地推动和跟进调查结果，直至其结束。
Prepare and associate the external and internal audit, ensure business unit can pass the external audit smoothly. Push and follow up the findings effectively till their closure.
5. 组织质量管理体系的教育培训工作。
Organize and perform QMS training to staffs.
6. 协助进行产品认证工作，包括准备认证资料、协调第三方审核、跟踪认证进度等。Organization certification of three-party for quality system.
7. 积极完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务。
Accomplish temporary assigned tasks related to the job responsibilities.


职位要求Job Requirements：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，机械及自动化、工业工程等理工科专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, prefer Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
2. 具备三年以上ISO9001体系管理工作经验，熟悉ISO9001-2015标准及其审核流程；机械制造等相关行业质量管理工作经验者更佳。
More than 3 years' experience of quality engineering in mechanical manufacturing, automation industry is preferred.
3. 精通质量管理工具与方法，如PDCA、FEMA、8D报告、根本原因分析。
Be familiar with 8D and quality tools.
4. 具有质量管理体系维护和优化、内部和外部审核的经验。
Experience with quality management system maintained and optimization, internal and external audit experience.
5. 持有ISO9001内审员资格证书，具有船级社认证经验者更佳。
Have ISO9001 internal auditor qualification certificate.
6. 具有良好的协调和沟通能力，具有独立思考和分析解决问题的能力。
Good coordination and communication skills, independent thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skill.
7. 具有强烈的工作责任心和严谨的工作作风良好的沟通能力，能妥善处理跨部门沟通。
Have strong sense of responsibility and rigorous work style, well handle cross-departmental communication.
