Role purpose 工作目标：
-Take care of technical issue, find balance among safety, quality and profit, control risk for company brand and reputation.

Responsibility 职责：
- Deeply understand all technical knowledge related to homelift, be responsible for dealing with various technical problems from customer during their installation and give constructive solution.
深入了解家用电梯的所有技术知识，负责处理客户在家用电梯安装过程中遇到的各种技术问题，并提出解决方案。
- Closely work with production and R&D in Sweden and give the needed feedback on time for the technical issue from customer installation site in order to solve the issue permanently in the future.
同工厂生产部门及国外研发部门紧密沟通，及时反馈客户现场碰到了各种问题，并能提出建设性意见和建议。
- Technically support Sales team to answer customer’s various question.
对客户提出的各种技术问题给与销售团队提供支持。
- Ready to technically support the production in the factory when is needed.
对工厂生产部门在任何需要的时候能够提供技术支持。
- Work with foreign technicians, participate in or support customer site installation.
同国外技师沟通，参与并指导客户现场电梯安装。
-Be responsible for customer installation training.
定期对客户进行相关安装培训。
-Complete other tasks and continual improvement work assigned by leaders.
完成领导交办的其他任务以及持续改善。
Requirements 任职要求：
1. Education教育：Major in mechanical or electrical engineering.机械电子专业/理工类专业，大专及以上学历。
2. Skills技能：3 years working experience in machinery installation and test. 3年生产设备安装调试经验。
3. Language语言：Good English in both oral and writing.英语听说写良好。
4. Good sense of cooperation, responsibility and learning ability.良好的合作意识和责任心和学习能力。
