Your Key Responsibilities
- Documents control
- Create and control quality documents. eg. defect catalog, work instruction, control chart ect. Establish segment annual plan for Cmk, Cpk. Calculate Cpk and Cmk.
- Product quality control
- Handle quality complain for customer and supplier. Monitor quality of production process on site and deal with nonconforming product. Follow samples, new machine and other test in segment. Release new machine.
- Measuring equipment control
- Prepare measuring equipment for PEP project and transfer project. Order measuring equipment and standard parts for mass production. Analysis Cgk for on line measuring device Prepare and control measuring station.
- Audit
- Be responsible for delivery audit, layered audit and samples audit. Prepare documents for internal and external audit. Establish annual plan for product audit.
- Continuous improvement
- Make statistic analysis of quality data. Make action to improve product quality.
- Management
- Arrange shift for inspector. Train inspector and new employee quality skills.
- Others
Your Qualifications
教育背景：本科或研究生，专业方向为车辆工程、机械电子工程、电子电气、自动化控制等制造业相关方向；
工作经验：优秀应届生（可1~2月内到岗），或工作经验1~3年（供应商质量工程师、客户质量工程师、生产质量工程师、装配工艺工程师、测试工程师等有生产制造相关方向的工作经验）
语言能力：基本要求英语读写，口语流利Plus
其他素质：抗压能力强、逻辑思维能力/学习能力强、积极主动有责任心
