Process Engineer(Automation):
Main Responsibilities:
1.Work as a key member in automation team to support in launching new equipment to production
2.Work with mechanical team to come up with good automation solution
3.Manage the new equipment Gantt chart and feedback to project team.
4.Troubleshoot and identify root cause during equipment launch and handover to production..
5.Work closely with USA team to fully support on the existing equipment technical service and new equipment build for USA facility.
Requirement:
1.Above 5 years’ experience in automotive industry.
2.Fluent spoken English.
3.Familar with AutoCAD or any 3D modelling software.
4.Familiar with PPAP/APQP.
5.Familiar with laser welding, laser cutting and automation.
6.Good Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.).
7.High accountability, reliability and good teamworking.
