负责依据客户要求以及KAMC内部管理制定自制件、结构件、成品件、化学品、标准件的入库检验标准/Responsible for the development of incoming inspection standards for manufactured parts, structural parts, finished parts, chemicals, and standard parts in accordance with customer requirements and KAMC's internal management.
负责主导/实施自制件、结构件、成品件、化学品、标准件入库检验工作/Responsible for leading/implementing incoming inspections of homemade parts, structural parts, finished parts, chemicals, standard parts.
负责主导策划入厂检验员日常工作开展，汇报入厂检验组工作进度及问题/Responsible for leading the planning of the daily work of the incoming inspectors, reporting on the progress and problems of the incoming inspection team.
负责策划并建立入厂检验台账，作为供应商质量管理组质量数据的输入信息/Responsible for planning and setting up the inbound inspection ledger as input information for the quality data of the supplier quality management group.
负责审阅入厂检验所需各类合格证的复合型，并确定已按要求完成存档和上传工作/Responsible for reviewing the composite of all types of certificates of compliance required for incoming inspections and determining that filing and uploading has been completed as required.
负责依据供应商质量数据分析趋势，优化相关的入库检验标准，如检验频次、检验项目、检验工具等/Responsible for analysing trends in supplier quality data to optimise relevant incoming inspection standards, such as inspection frequency, inspection items, inspection tools, etc.
负责配合质量工程师对供应商问题分析改进，跟踪及反馈供应商质量改进验证结果/ 86 Responsible for working with quality engineers to analyse and improve supplier issues, tracking and providing feedback on supplier quality improvement validation results.
负责依据工程部提供的返工方案，验证供应商返工件，并反馈验证结果/Responsible for validating supplier reworks based on rework solutions provided by Engineering and providing feedback on the validation results.
负责配合供应商质量组完成供应商构型变更验证、首件验证/ Responsible for working with the supplier quality team to complete supplier configuration change validation and *** article validation.
现场检验on-site Inspection
负责主导策划现场检验员日常工作开展，汇报现场检验组工作进度及问题/Responsible for leading the planning of the daily work of the site inspector to carry out, report on the progress of the site inspection team and problems.
负责策划及建立现场检验台账，作为质量管理组的质量数据输入信息/Responsible for planning and setting up field inspection ledgers as quality data input information for the quality management team.
负责主导及反馈量产后装配大纲AO问题，及时与工程部对接及更新AO/Responsible for leading and providing feedback on AO issues for post mass production assembly outlines, interfacing with engineering and updating AO in a timely manner.
负责主导现场检验相关的改进工作，提出改进课题、方案及验证结果/Responsible for leading field inspection related improvements, proposing improvement topics, solutions and validating results.
负责巡视/考评现场检验工作，汇总检验工作存在的问题并提交改进方案/Responsible for inspecting/evaluating on-site inspection work, summarising inspection problems and submitting improvement plans.
负责主导产品放行相关的沟通、拟定、实施、完善工作，如：COC合格证/Responsible for leading the communication, formulation, implementation and improvement of product release related work, such as: COC Certificate of Conformity.
负责配合首件检验工程师完成首件检验，汇总及反馈首件检验问题/Responsible for co-operating with the *** piece inspection engineer to complete the *** piece inspection, summary and feedback of *** piece inspection problems.
负责配合纠正措施工程师完成首件检验问题分析及改善建议/Responsible for working with Corrective Action Engineers to complete analysis of *** article inspection issues and recommendations for improvement.
负责配合计量工程师管理现场检验员使用的量具，反馈量具问题/Responsible for co-ordinating with metrology engineers to manage gauges used by site inspectors and provide feedback on gauge issues.
负责配合质量工程师完成现场不良品的分析、改进、验证等工作/Responsible for working with quality engineers to complete analysis, improvement and validation of defective products on site.
负责依据工程部提供的返工方案，验证内部返工件，并反馈验证结果/Responsible for validating internal reworks based on rework programmes provided by Engineering and providing feedback on the validation results.
负责配合生产部推进检验现场的5S工作/Responsible for promoting 5S at the inspection site in conjunction with the production department.
