岗位职责: Provide internal & external technical support; Keep track the latest technology development at domestic and oversea; Develop new methods; Help marketing colleagues to hold seminars; Help sales colleagues to devolop business; Involve in Group KMC operation to solve local problems; Handle protocol, sorting & consolidating cases; Handle major customer complaint; Assist the laboratory in quality assurance, system maintenance, e.g. method validation, equipment validity, personnel competence, comparison tests, periodical verification, etc. 岗位要求: -A; Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree is perferred. Major in science, engineering is perferred. -B; Customer-oriented, pleasant personality good team spirit, honest and strong self-learning ability. -C; Must be careful and responsible. Energetic, enthusiastic with good work. -D; Requires strong execution ability, robust ability in information curation and disassembly. -E; Working experience in third-party testing lab is preferred. -F; Experience with interpreting technical regulations or tracking recalls globally preferred. -G; Good command of English, especially literature reading. CET-6 or above or overseas experience is preferred. -H;Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use tools like Excel for data analysis. -I; Willingness and ability to continuously learn and update knowledge to keep up with regulatory and technical changes. -J;Cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work with international teams. -K; Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve complex issues.
