MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责:
61 To use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided
运用销售策略信息,产品知识以及内部提供的工具来提升销售
61 To ensure that the store is merchandised according to the best sellers and current trends
确保店铺陈列符合流行趋势,并且保证热卖货品得到很好展示
61 To have clear, timely and effective communication with Head Office dept., Product Managers, HRBP and/or Commercial area team, and with the store overall relevant follow-ups
与总部各个部门、产品经理、人力资源业务伙伴和/或区域团队保持清晰、及时和有效的沟通,并全面负责门店的相关后续工作
61 To give and receive constructive and honest feedback and criticism for/from people they work with in a positive manner and to use it for their own development and their team
提供与聆听门店其他同事的反馈及建议,并能采纳这些反馈用于团队发展
61 To develop the team through performance reviews and Personal development plans with the relevant follow-ups
通过绩效评估的方式来发展团队,并为团队成员制定相关提升计划
61 To manage succession plans in the store (including Company development programs)
管理门店的继任计划(包括公司发展计划)
61 To manage the budget of hours in the store effectively
高效管理门店工时
任职要求:
61 University degree is required
大学及以上学历
61 Good in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
良好的中英文书写及表达能力,其他语言可加分
61 Strong organizational and time management skills
擅长组织和时间管理
61 Proactive communication
积极主动沟通
61 Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness
热爱时尚和对市场和流行趋势有敏感度
61 Proven ability to maximize profitability and drive sales
具备出色的驱动销售的能力
61 Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable and consistent career
具备团队领导力,并有相关经验
61 At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry
