RESPONSIBILITIES (1) Cascade the company goals into team goals and individual goals, develop project plan and provide sufficient support to meet the goals; (2) Routine team management to set up and review the bonus goals, performance goals, IDPs (Individual Development Plan), PIPs (Performance Improvement Plan) as well as developing the teammates who has high performance and potential; (3) Continuously improve working efficiency by digging out the areas and opportunities to improve and achieve the Kaizen goals; (4) Handle or support teammates to make sure their projects/tasks run smoothly without negative impact to business. The team work scope include following areas; - Communicate with stakeholders to make necessary update in inspection criteria and make sure it will not negatively impact inspection and shipment - Manage Asia Change Control Program to prevent the changes from suppliers without notifying Medline which may have risks to cause major quality issues - Collect all the necessary documents for DMR (Device Master Record) from Medline internal stakeholders and Medline suppliers, and complete DMR checklist in Medline quality management platform Reliance (ETQ) - Manage, update and release the inspection priority rules on time and make sure all the schedulers exactly follow the rules - Release standard operation procedure/quality planning files/inspection criteria and other documents to Medline suppliers - Review Medline inspection reports written by PDF or Microsoft files, and upload the reports into Medline SharePoint - Manage the inspection penalty program for Asia suppliers - Communicate with stakeholders to make necessary update in inspection criteria and make sure it will not negatively impact inspection and shipment - Cooperate with product divisional quality team, sourcing and marketing teams to deal with the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) - Perform data analysis based on customer complaints, inspection and other quality-related metrics to help top management team make decisions and each quality functional team take necessary actions (5) Other work assigned by manager and as the backup for manager. Qualification (1) Education level: Bachelor degree or above; (2) Working experience: At least 5 years working experiences, 2 years in quality, 2 years in people management role; (3) Specific knowledge: Experience in project management or supplier quality management; (4) Certification: CET -6 or other same level of English; (5) Language: good at English especially verbal English.
