岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1.根据招聘需求，协助团队经理寻找合适的候选人
Assisting Team Manager in finding suitable candidates according to Jobs' requirements
2.完善候选人信息，进而辅助搭建，管理和维护公司人才数据库
Maintaining candidate information by building, managing, and maintaining the company's talent database;
3.协助团队经理进行相关候选人资料的收集、分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选
Assisting Team Manager in collecting, categorizing, and organizing relevant candidate information and conducting preliminary screening of resumes;
4.分析不同职位特点，确定目标人选，通过电话或邮件形式建立联系
Analyzing the characteristics of different positions and determining the target candidates, establishing contact through phone or email;
5. 协助团队经理完成其他相关工作
Assisting the Team Manager in completing other related tasks;
任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1.具有相关工作经验优先 (如招聘相关经验，进出口贸易行业，海外相关岗位)
Proven work experience in recruitment, the trading industry, oversea related work, etc., is preferred.
2.本科及以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above
3.英语良好者优先
Good at English is an advantage
