The position would directly report to Customer and Commercial Service Manager, below please refer to the job description:
Job Purpose: 1) Make quotation according to enquiry of customer and rules of company 2) Prepare necessary documents for bidding 3) Process customer order according to company rules 4) Create picking list and make shipment to customer. 5) Issue system invoice and send to FI to issue VAT invoice to customer 6) Update customer data in system 7) Open order follow up 8) Support sales team on daily business. 9) File all documents orderly and regularly 10) Do protection of the environment according to “environment policy of the WALTER Group” 11) Other job assigned by superior
Your profile: 1) Good communication and writing skill 2) Well capability of correspond. 3) Family with Microsoft Office 4) Excellent English in writing and speaking 5) Good knowledge of mechanical( more than 2 year experience in relevant industry) 6) knowledge of environmental protection in China
