About the job:
Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department

Set and follow up targets for the Quality Department, broken down from factory level
根据工厂目标，分解设置质量部门目标并密切跟进
Drive the development of the Quality Department

Comply with standards and requirements, set up and execute inspection plan
依据标准和规范的要求，制定和执行检验计划
· Drive quality problems investigation and follow up corrective actions
驱动质量问题的调查并跟进纠正措施的落实
Coordinate the claim handling and follow up
协调处理客户投诉并跟进
· Act as contact person for quality related topic with sales, product centre, or customer if needed
作为联系人，就相关质量问题和销售、产品中心以及客户进行必要的联系和沟通
· Interface with Production, Technical, Sourcing, Global Quality on quality matters and improvement activities.
与生产、技术、采购、全球质量、就品质问题进行沟通并改善；
· Coordinate the internal and external(3rd party and customer) audit

· Maintain and improve quality system

What you know:
· Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
理工科本科学历或等同经历
· Above 3 years relevant Leadership and Management skills
3年以上相关领导/管理的技能
· Above 5 years of working experience in quality function
5年以上质量相关工作经验
· Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
有持续改善的经验，例如5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.GB认证尤佳
· Project work experience
有项目管理经验
