1、大学本科及以上学历1、Bachelor degree or above.
2、车辆工程、机械、模具、高分子材料等相关专业2、Vehicle engineering, machinery, mold, polymer materials and other related major.
3、3-5年汽车行业工作经验，2年以上项目管理经验，至少管理过一个完整开发项目3、3-5 years of working experience in the automotive industry, more than 2 years of project management experience, at least manage a full development project.
4、掌握OEM项目开发流程，熟悉汽车饰件产品结构知识，熟悉模具、检具、设备相关知识，熟悉汽车饰件工艺生产知识，能够运用质量管理5大工具4、Master the project development process of OEM, be familiar with automotive trim product structure knowledge, be familiar with tooling, checking fixture and equipment related knowledge, be familiar with automotive trim parts production process knowledge and can use 5 tools of quality management
.5、具备良好的英语读、写、听、说的能力5、Have good English ability in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
