* Focus on customer satisfaction and the increase of revenues; * Communicate with customers to confirm and follow up customers’ requests based on AC standing Call Script; * Arrange the planning activities according to the service request, engineer's competence and delivery status of parts and so on; * Follow up the execution status of contracts and internal orders to close them timely; * Support service managers via feedback on performance of technicians on competence working attitude, and efficiency; * To cooperate with other department/teams (such as financial, sales, operation department) to facilitate pending problems solving and execution of forward planning, if need; * Provide data reports including WIP / ECB/ NIS and so on to supervisor correctly and timely * Be familiar with SAP/ CRM/ other relevant system

What we expect of you?
Experience requirements
- More than 2 years’ experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment. - Experience in service support role in a customer orientated business environment. - Team management.
Knowledge
- Basic English in speaking and reading. - Good computer skills including Microsoft series
Educational requirements
- College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
