What you will do
1.Responsible for environment management and fire prevention.
2.Responsible for maintaining EHS procedures. Collect and input ECO data including energy, water, waste, conduct gap analysis and follow up actions.
3.Responsible for Management of Change, review risk assessment for new machines, new material and new process. such as: Review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all EHS requirements have been met.
4.Responsible for emergency drill including fire evacuation drill. Work with maintenance vendor to keep factory fire prevention system in good condition.
5. Be coordinator of risk management, follow up insurance audit and fix findings from auditors
6. Work closely with line department to deliver environment protection and fire prevention support.
7. Conduct EHS training to all employees and keep positive relationship with related authorities. such as: new employee 3-level safety training material review and update.
8. Make sure EHS implementation in line with government regulations and rules. Initiate approaches & controls to prevent loss time accident, to reduce/prevent environmental pollution, to prevent damage against employee health and to reduce/control exposure to circumstances where possible damage might occur.
9.Complete EHS related reports for management (Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures).
10.Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing.
11. Other tasks assign by manager.
What you will need
1.Bachelor (or higher) degree (Environment, Safety, Chemical or related field)
2.At least over 6 years related working experience. Experience to establish new site is a plus.
3.Experience working in manufacturing environment is a must.
4. Skills need as below:
--Job Hazardous Analysis
--Technical Report Writing/8D Report Writing
--Expertise in ISO14001 and ISO45001
--Good English (CET-4) verbal and written communication skills
--Communication Skills
--Presentation Skill
--Register Safety Engineer is a plus
