- Giving suggestion and perform for the cost saving and engineering improvement project (A)
- Cooperation with all colleagues related with GOS(A)
- Set up machine’s spare parts (A)
- Raise engineering change and follow the whole process (A)

- Join in project team as a GOS specialist (R)
- Support production line when needed (R)
Essential
- Bachelor or above level university graduated in area material science, Micro electronics, semiconductor or related majors.
- 5+years working experience
of dicing, grinding, scintillator manufacturing field; Experienced in equipment
management.
- Data collection ability, defect analysis ability, problem detecting ability; Good knowledge of 6sigma tools.
- Good knowledge in X-ray testing, after glow, response, uniformity, short/long radiation damage, etc
- Good knowledge in ISO13485.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Effective
communication and report writing skills.
Desirable
- Familiar with the tools, concepts and methodologies of World Class quality management like Deming, 5S,TQM, TPS.
- Multisite/multi-culture experience and excellent communication skills
