Job Overview: To receive and follow up customer orders to satisfy customer needs in pursuit of profitable business growth and other relevant business goals. Responsibilities: Order Handling Execute order fulfillment both from direct account and distributors; monitor accurate process orders to maintain system & data integrity with internal control compliance.
Prepare shipping documents timely and accurately; coordinate shipping and logistic arrangement.
Sample Coordination Sample preparation, sending and customers’ feedback collection.
A/R Collection Work with commercial team to play a key role in A/R collection.
Team Work with other function Work with commercial team as well as customers in achieving high-quality order forecast and customer satisfaction.
Work with S&OP team and other site functions to meet customer’s demand.
CSR Team Backup System Customer master profile maintains and updates timely to match the daily order handling process.
Backup other customer service representatives in assigned group.
Others Support other business activities as required.
Roles & Responsibilities: Education Background College degree or above, preferred major in international trade, logistics etc.
Work Experience Over 1 year relevant working experience in customer service or international trade.
Skills and knowledge Good understanding of trading business, Foreign trading knowledge is preferred. Good computer application skill, IFS or SAP operation experience is preferred. Good at time management and documentation skills. Good English skills including speaking and writing.
