Main Purpose
The sales manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and driving growth across existing and new accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive supply chain, technical sales experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to support customer needs.
Job Description(Major Tasks)
1. WX-SL-1 Marketing
Track market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
2. WX-SL-2 Sales Strategy
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
3. WX-SL-3 Business Development
Lead the Sales team to identify business opportunities and support acquisition of new customers or projects.
4. WX-SL-4 Key Account Management
Manage and grow active customer, maintaining the CRM to ensure accurate data management and visibility.
5. WX-SL-5 Negotiation
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and RFQ responses.
6. WX-SL-6 Order Processing, Documentation and Data management
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure correct order, documentation and data processing.
7. WX-SL-7 Customer Service
Ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term cooperation with existing customer through active communication
8. WX-RD-9 Evaluation & KPI
Desired Competences
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or comparable working experience
* Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of automotive quality standards and project life cycles(e.g., PPAP, APQP).
* Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
* Proven experience managing OEM or Tier 1 accounts.
* Willingness to travel domestically and (rarely)internationally as required.
* Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing in English.
