Know the strategy and operation of the supported Division and help them to achieve the objectives by providing the professional HR service. Support the relevant division on their daily performance management, team culture development, team leader coaching and talent retain etc. Focus on the employee communication and improve the two-way communication between Company and the employee. Set up and improve the HR process and policy, responsible for the policy counsel and implementation. Provide the coach and support to the people manager on personnel management relevant works. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years working experience as HR professional, familiar with the practice of all HR functions. The working experience as HRBP in game /IT industry is preferred. Has the professional HR knowledge and quite familiar with Chinese Labor Law and local related regulations. Excellent communication skills and can work under pressure. Proactive, Passionate and be accountable Have a good command in both written and spoken English.
