Responsibilities 61 Adapt the staff size to the needs of the business: enable the healthy team growth 61 Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate 61 Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation 61 Cooperate with employee relationship specialist to develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers 61 Cooperate with HRM and Division Head on Division restructures, workforce planning, identifying high potentials 61 Help Training Specialist to identify training needs for Division and individual executive coaching needs 61 Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs, and follow-up to ensure training objectives are met 61 Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) 61 Cooperate with HRM in Performance Review, working closely with Division Head on implementing the yearly Performance Review 61 Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies 61 Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance 61 Attend weekly/monthly meetings with respective Division, and give feedback to HRM if necessary
Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology business or any related field 61 Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws 61 Excellent consulting/communication skills and available to interact with employees at all levels 61 Strong conflict management skills 61 Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results 61 Analytical and goal oriented 61 Self-directed, motivated, and positive 61 Relevant industry experience a plus 61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
