Job Description:
Job Responsibilities：
● Responsible for recruitment of blue collars of PGHV China.
● Work with COE& TA team to manage employment processes, e.g. on/off-boarding, organization and people changes etc.
● Support manager to develop and maintain talent plan, by forecasting, planning and building talent pipeline in line with the function/business strategy.
● Support to Dive deep to turnover forecast, analysis. Continuous efforts to improve employee engagement and business moral.
● Support employee communication. Settle employee enquires, coordinate with Union. Organize regular employee meetings.
● Monthly report/tracker/analysis on key KPIs with plants.
● Monthly payroll support: incentive calculation etc.
● Support Hub and BU's HR project etc.

Your background:
● Master's degree.
● Good at Excel/PPT and data analysis, strong logic thinking.
● Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● High integrity, self-motivated, independent and proactive.
● Good Written and Oral English
