2. 培训发展Training (1)收集各部门培训需求,结合公司发展规划编制公司年度培训计划及实施跟踪 Collect departments training requirement ,align plant strategy to make out the training plan and follow to complete (2)制定并实施培训三级体系内容并形成记录,满足内外部审核要求 Build and complete 3 levels training plan ,and satisfied internal/external audit (3)定期追踪各部门人员技能矩阵,与部门协作,完成员工技能培训发展需求 Follow employee skill matrix complete status ,and finish the employees development plan
3. 劳动关系 ER (1)入、转、调、离职手续的办理及试用期评估跟踪 Responsible for employee on boarding/transfer/termination (2)协助员工工伤鉴定、生育待遇计发、退休办理等工作; Responsible for injury declaration/maternity application/retirement ,etc (3)承担员工满意度调查工作,承担员工意见的收集、调查及反馈工作; Responsible for employee satisfaction survey ,and acting as the bridge of employee and company (4)对接政府检查,汇报等事项 Responsible for official visit
4. 其他 Others (1)上级安排的其他事项 Other tasks assigned by superior
任职要求/Requirement
1). 5年以上人事相关工作,3年以上招聘模块工作,擅长技术员及一线员工的招聘 5 yrs related HR work experience ,more than 3 yrs recruiting function work experience ,especial for technician and operator level 2). 了解培训三级体系并能有效实施 Know well of Training 3 levels and well implement 3). 员工技能及发展培训实施跟踪 Update employee skill matrix accordingly and complete employee development
