This will be responsible for quality assurance of company. Familiar with ISO9001 standards or IATF 16949 is preferred. Must have a thorough understanding of statistical methods, problem solving methodology, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality management systems. Excellent technical background with some knowledge of mechanical parts design including molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming is desirable.

Responsibilities l Work directly with suppliers in improving quality, documentation, processes l Setup a supplier qualification system l Manage all quality tasks l Verify that incoming piece parts are conforming to the predetermined requirements. l Specify the equipment and inspection methods for incoming inspection of piece parts. l Validate the in-process piece part quality issue. l Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings. l Maintain a record of supplier quality history. l Monitor quality performance of suppliers. l Provide training of IQC, OQC operators. l Document Quality Control Instruction. l Maintain incoming material, finished goods samples. l To review and take related quality actions for production line quality problem l Final inspection result review and failure analysis l Customer complaint response, preliminary analysis the nonconformity and distinguish the duty, Make record of the Customer complaint handling and feedback to sales, Perform FA and improvement with involved department. l Managing instruments calibration l To support customer audit l Perform other tasks assigned by superior
Education and Experience l Minimum 5 years working experience l High level English oral and written skills l University degree in mechanical or material engineering l Previous experience working with supplier quality assurance and improvement implementation l Must be working according to principle of doing things right the *** time l Strong personality that does not give up but continue to pursue quality improvements l Hands-on approach l Management skills an advantage
