A program manager is responsible for an end-to-end management of the project he/she is in charge. His/Her responsibility starts from the proposal up to serial life management.
His/her direct Manager is the Program Director
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to sales/bid manager for complex project either contractually or operationally
- In charge of Quality/Cost/Delay metrics of the project he/she is in charge.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Force of proposition to improve project KPIs.
- Report project progress and status using clear dashboard
- Manage aspects of the serial life of the developed product, when customer impacts are found
