职位描述: Provide analysis and reporting on macro and micro market environment to support strategic decision making, product development and customers activities. 提供宏观和微观市场环境的分析和报告,以支持战略决策,产品开发和客户活动。
岗位职责: 1. Proactively collecting competitor intelligence through various channels, i.e. sales, customer, media and etc, provide in-depth analysis of policy, customers, major players status & development, commercial, product, technology and etc. 积极主动通过多种渠道如销售,客户,媒体等,搜集政策、市场、其他主要企业的资料信息以提供其现状、发展、需求、规划等方面的深度分析。 2. Using a variety of inputs and in-depth analysis, assists in the development of the designated product/portfolio strategy. 根据各类信息收集及深度分析,协助制定指定的产品/组合策略。 3. Developing program, project plans, resource requirements and strategic analysis and research for business growth, and participant the implement with sales team为业务增长提供发展方案,项目计划,资源要求,战略研究和分析,并会同销售团队参与实施。 4. Establish and regularly update & report of the product, market activity and sales & market performance. 建立定期更新汇报产品情况,市场动向,市场&销售业绩表现。 5. Support sales team on achieving the company sales target. 支持销售完成公司销售目标。 6. Perform other duties as assigned or required. 完成分配或要求的其他职责。
任职要求: 1. Bachelor's Degree of Marketing or related preferred大学以上,市场营销相关专业优先 2. Fluent in Mandarin or English communication (written & verbal);流利的中英文沟通(书面及口语) 3. 3+years experiences of product management, marketing, market research or consulting in multinational company;3年以上跨国公司产品管理、市场营销、市场调研或咨询工作经验; 4. Experience in the utility, telecommunications or similarly regulated industries is a plus. 有公用事业、电信或类似监管行业工作经验者优先考虑。 5. Be sensitive to business and market对业务和市场敏感。 6. Knowledge of and experience using the four P's of marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) is preferred. 具备市场营销4p(产品、价格、促销和布局)知识和经验者优先。 7.
