一、职位概述 / Job Overview
客户质量工程师(CQE)将负责汽车电子传感器产品在客户端的质量管理工作,确保产品在交付和使用过程中满足客户需求和质量标准。该职位需要与客户紧密合作,快速响应客户反馈,推动质量问题的解决,提升客户满意度和产品可靠性。
The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) will be responsible for quality management of automotive sensor products at the customer end, ensuring that products meet customer requirements and quality standards during delivery and usage. This role requires close collaboration with customers, rapid response to customer feedback, driving resolution of quality issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction and product reliability.

二、岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
客户质量支持 / Customer Quality Support
1. 作为客户的主要质量联系人,及时响应客户的质量问题和反馈。
Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, promptly responding to customer quality issues and feedback.
2. 组织内部团队分析客户反馈的质量问题,制定并实施改进措施。
Organize internal teams to analyze quality issues reported by customers, and develop and implement improvement measures.
3. 定期拜访客户,了解客户对产品质量的期望和需求,维护良好的客户关系。
Regularly visit customers to understand their expectations and needs for product quality, and maintain good customer relationships.
质量问题解决 / Quality Issue Resolution
1. 使用质量工具(如8D、5Why、FMEA)推动客户质量问题的根本原因分析和解决。
Use quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, FMEA) to drive root cause analysis and resolution of customer quality issues.
2. 跟踪客户质量问题的改进进展,确保措施落实并验证其有效性。
Track the progress of customer quality issue improvements, ensure implementation, and verify effectiveness.
3. 提供客户现场支持,协助客户解决产品使用中的质量问题。
Provide on-site support to customers to assist in resolving quality issues during product usage.
客户质量数据分析 / Customer Quality Data Analysis
1. 收集和分析客户端的质量数据(如退货率、故障率),识别质量趋势和改进机会。
Collect and analyze customer quality data (e.g., return rates, failure rates) to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.
2. 定期向管理层汇报客户质量状况和改进进展,提供数据支持和建议。
Regularly report customer quality status and improvement progress to management, providing data support and recommendations.
客户审核与认证支持 / Customer Audits and Certification Support
1. 支持客户的审核和认证工作,确保公司质量管理体系符合客户要求。
Support customer audits and certifications to ensure the company's quality management system meets customer requirements.
2. 准备客户审核所需的文件和资料,确保审核顺利通过。
Prepare documents and materials required for customer audits to ensure smooth audit processes.
跨部门协作 / Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. 与研发、生产、供应链等部门紧密合作,确保客户质量要求贯穿产品全生命周期。
Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure customer quality requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
2. 支持新产品的客户导入工作,确保产品满足客户的质量期望。
Support customer introduction of new products to ensure they meet customer quality expectations.
质量工具与方法应用 / Quality Tools and Methodologies
1. 熟练应用质量工具(如8D、5Why、FMEA)进行问题分析和改进。
Proficiently apply quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, FMEA) for problem analysis and improvement.
2. 推动质量文化的建设,提升团队的质量意识和能力。
Promote the development of a quality culture to enhance team quality awareness and capabilities.

三、任职要求 / Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历,车辆工程、电子工程、质量管理或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
2. 3年以上客户质量管理经验,有汽车电子或传感器产品行业经验者优先。
3+ years of customer quality management experience, with preference for candidates in the automotive electronics or sensor products industry.
3. 熟悉汽车电子行业标准(如IATF 16949、ISO 26262)及质量工具(如8D、FMEA、PPAP)。
Familiar with automotive electronics industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 26262) and quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, PPAP).
4. 具备较强的客户沟通和问题解决能力,能够独立推动客户质量改进。
Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills, capable of independently driving customer quality improvement.
5. 优秀的沟通和协调能力,能够与客户和内部团队高效合作。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
6. 英语能力良好,能够与国际化客户进行无障碍沟通。
Good English proficiency, able to communicate seamlessly with international customers.

四、加分项 / Preferred Qualifications
1. 有超声波雷达、毫米波雷达或摄像头产品的客户质量管理经验。
Experience in customer quality management for ultrasonic radar, millimeter-wave radar, or camera products.
2. 熟悉功能安全(FuSa)和可靠性工程(Reliability Engineering)。
Familiar with functional safety (FuSa) and reliability engineering.
3. 有与国际汽车厂商或Tier 1供应商合作的经验。
Experience collaborating with international automotive manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers.
