General Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (TA Manager) to join our China HR team. The TA Manager will be responsible for leading the full - cycle recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire top - tier candidates across various departments and levels The Recruiter reports directly to the Head of HR China and will play a key role in enabling hiring across all segments in China in ensuring that the Company has the acquired the right skills, and competencies in place to deliver business results over both the short and long term. Key areas of responsibilities include the following: 1. Attracting, screening, and endorsing suitable candidates across China to work in Dometic’s sites and grow our global community of employees. 2. Following recruiting requirements dictated by business needs, organization plans and established targets. 3. Fully understand job requirements and create efficient recruiting strategies, source talent by utilizing and exploring more channels (direct sourcing and social media etc.), play a consult role to facilitate hiring decisions for permanent/temporary position and Intern. 4. Manage full cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned positions to satisfy business need by providing the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time; maintain strong pipelines of diverse talents. 5. Take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, including managing and conducting interviews, coordinating with cross function departments to arrange logistic and administration details, engage with offeree, etc. 6. Determining applicants’ suitability following pre-defined qualification methodologies, both by comparing qualifications to job requirements, analysing communication and responses, and interviewing applicants. 7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring best experience for both hiring team and candidates. 8. Work with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and negotiate offer terms with candidates to secure their acceptance, while balancing the organization's budget and market competitiveness. 9. Closely work with other HR function team to ensure the recruitment cycle goes smoothly. 10. Coordinate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 11. Generate regular reports on recruitment performance and present findings to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness. 12. Ensure compliance in the whole hiring process with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. 13. Develop strategies to maintain and continually improve the employer brand value.

Candidate Profile In summary, we would highlight the following aspects regarding experience, performance and personal competencies required for the position: Experiences and professional background 1. Minimum bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm. 2. Global Recruitment experience would be considered as an advantage. 3. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. 4. Project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks is preferred. 5. Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities, with experience in devloping recruitment metrics.
