Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience: 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, Year 2025 graduates. 2. Computer basic knowledge, MS Office. 3. Good English skills, CET 4 or above 4. Knowledge of local labor law and regulations. 5. Good knowledge of human resources. 6. Be able to to work 5 days per week is preferred. And be able to work at least 6 months. 7. have HR internship experiences is preferred. Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks: 1. To support recruitment activities and process. 2. To support HR administration and operations in NCN Offices 3. To support Attendance management 4. To update the personal file for staff: E-file and paper documents. 5. To support staff movement process, e.g. new join, transfer, leaving, etc., 6. To support administration of E-HR system 7. To support training records managements 8. other assigned work.
