职责描述：
1 Be responsible for Medical Writer team.
2 Research, write, and edit clinical documents, including clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, IB, ICF, RMP, clinical plan outlines, and scientific manuscripts.
3 Provide writing support for more complex clinical documentation, with appropriate departmental supervision.
4 Provide medical editing review of draft and final documents prepared by other writers before internal or external distribution.
5 Coordinate and conduct internal team review and address comments.
6 Perform literature searching and reviews as necessary.
7 Review statistical analysis plans and mock statistical output to assist in determining appropriateness of content/format for clinical writing.
8 Performs other tasks as directed by the line manager.
任职要求：
1 Graduated from medical school.
2 At least 2 years medical writering experience in Pharmaceutical company or CRO.
3 Good oral and written English skills.
4 Experience in clinical study design and protocol development and CSR/writing.
