Accountabilities：
1、Support Business Teams
11 Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and medical team to understand their needs and challenges in order to provide appropriate workshop support and training.
11 Participate in product academic conferences to conduct on-site training and support.
2、Course Design and Development
11 Design and develop specialized training courses and materials based on the latest research findings in the oncology field and business needs.
11 Ensure that course content aligns with the latest developments in company products and treatment plans.
3、Training Activity Implementation
11 Organize and execute in-person and online training sessions, including new employee onboarding, product update training, and clinical application training.
11 Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize course content and training methods based on feedback.
4、Continuous Learning and Knowledge Update
11 Stay updated on the latest research, clinical trials, and product developments in the oncology field to provide accurate information for training content.
11 Engage in professional medical continuing education and industry conferences to enhance personal expertise.
5、Feedback and Reporting
11 Collect and analyze training feedback, prepare training reports, and present training outcomes and improvement suggestions to management.
11 Establish a training database to record training plans and participant information.
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, Medical and medical related majors are preferred.
Skills:
1、Good listening，speaking, reading and written capability in English, Good ability to operate computers especially new software;
Experience:
1、More than 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, including over 2 years sales or product management experience， at least over 2 years working experience in oncology, especially blood oncology products is preferred.
