Your role and responsibilities ABB is seeking an HR Business Partner for the assigned regions and functions in the ELSPSB Marketing and Sales Organization China. Specifically, this role will provide strategic and operational HR expertise and guidance in the areas of HR & business strategy, culture change, leadership coaching, succession/pipeline planning, performance management, recognition and talent assessment/engagement. You will establish credibility as a strategic partner, playing a consultative role to employees, managers, and leaders to manage growth. Key responsibilities: 61 Act as a direct sparring partner for assigned regions/functions in the M&S organization, to understand current business challenges that can be supported or resolved through people and leadership initiative and practices. 61 Counsel, support and challenge business leaders driving the most effective solutions for resolving issues and supporting short, mind and long-term objectives. 61 Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. 61 Develops and drives the People Strategy aligned with business objectives, leading the implementation of initiatives in the organization 61 Able to assess and promote talent pipeline 61 Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement in the organization 61 Build and drive a culture of accountability and high performance, supported by strong collaboration, recognition and trust.
Qualifications for the role 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Human resources management or a related field 61 Minimum 15 years HRBP working experiences in MNC, prefer commercial organization HRBP experience 61 Strong business acumen and customer focused mindset, with ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders with capacity to constructively challenge, influence and persuade. 61 Demonstrated to be an efficient solution provider 61 Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill 61 Can think out of box and can turn the innovative ideas into fruition 61 Strong ownership and can follow-up closely to ensure successful completion. 61 Strong facilitation/coaching skill are required 61 Good at talent development, team engagement, performance management/rewards
