83 Work as TA, You are responsible to fill vacancies according to company strategy, build and maintain candidate database, prepare recruiting and mapping reports. Lead oversea hiring and participate in campus recruitment program.
83 Work as Beijing site HRBP, You are responsible for ensuring that HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This involves staying updated on labor laws, conducting risk assessments, and implementing HR policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks.
83 Work as Beijing Chemistry department business BP, you are expected to build strong relationships with business leaders and managers. This involves understanding business challenges, and providing HR expertise and support to drive business success.
83 Other tasks which line manager assigned.

Requirement:
83 Demonstrated solid recruiting ability is a must, especially overseas recruiting，have experience in talent mapping with sense of data analysis.
83 Pharmaceutical industry experience or related education background is preferred.
83 BS degree with minimum 3 years experiences in recruitment, headhunter experience is preferred. With minimum 2 years of HRBP experience.
83 Solid English and communication skills.
83 Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment.
83 Well organized with high attention to details and able to work under pressure.
83 Self-motivated, positive.
