工作职责:Provide HR services & solutions in the aspect of HR Operation, Employee Relation, Recruiting , Training& Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit etc.为相关部门提供HR的服务和解决方案,包含员工关系,招聘,学习与发展,绩效管理,薪酬福利等。Be responsible for HR key process implementation in responsible dept.负责相关部门进行人力资源关键流程的实施和协调,Be responsible for talent recruitment, staffing and retention in the responsible dept.负责相关部门的人才引进和留任Conduct responsible dept. talent review, support to evaluate and develop talent.组织相关部门人才盘点,协助对员工的评估和发展Implementation of measures for organizational development: consultation and support for organizational changes;实施组织发展的措施,咨询并支持组织变更; 任职要求:BA or above degree, major in business administration or HR本科及以上学历,行政管理或者人力资源专业佳Minimum 5 years human resource management experience5年以上人力资源相关经验Good communication/coordination skills良好的沟通技巧和协调能力Good customer and result orientation, could work under pressure and under multi-task.良好的客户和结果导向,能在压力及多任务下工作。Good in English良好的英语听说读写能力
