职位描述：
人力资源类/Human Resource
1、深度了解业务，把握招聘需求，通过各种招聘渠道搜寻优秀人才；
2、通过各种面试方法、技巧、工具筛选出匹配公司用人标准的合适人才；
3、协助人力各部门进行项目的支持性工作，如培训、薪酬绩效、员工关系、企业文化等。

职位要求：
1、国内外2025届本科及以上毕业生；
2、专业不限，人力资源、英语类相关专业优先；
3、能准确理解与表达，有敏锐的观察能力和较好的共情能力。
4、兴趣爱好广泛，充满好奇心，斜杠青年。
