Responsibilities: 1. Assist on employee life-cycle HR processes, e.g. on-boarding, transfer, exit process, documents preparation, printing, mailing, signing with employees, etc 2. Be responsible for Blue Collars recruitment, selection and hiring processes. 3. 3rd party workforce regular management. 4. Site administration management including but not limited: canteen/cleaning/stationery/flight tickets etc. 5. Oversea the day to day operation of the office and meeting rooms, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace 6. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. 7. Support on guest hosting, visa related issues 8. Organize company activities like Annual Dinner, birthday party, family days etc. 9. Manage the company's internal communication channels, such as the intranet or bulletin boards. 10. Maintain positive employee relations and promote a positive and collaborative work environment. 11. Other tasks assigned by line manager Qualification & Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor degree. Human Resources related major is a plus. 2. Work experience: 2-3 years' Human Resources / Administration related experience. 3. Skills requirements: Good Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills. 4. English: Good command of spoken and written English. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. 6. Atten on details and strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality. 7. Good communication and coordination skill.
