Key Areas of Responsibilities 主要职责:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of recruitment plans to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs across departments.
- 协助上级制定和执行招聘计划,确保各部门的人才需求得到及时满足。
- Post job advertisements and maintain/update recruitment channels, such as job boards and social media platforms
- 负责发布招聘信息,维护和更新公司招聘渠道,如招聘网站、社交媒体等。
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' fit for positions.
- 筛选简历,进行初步面试,评估候选人是否符合岗位要求。
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and notifying candidates and interviewers.
- 协助组织面试流程,安排面试时间,通知候选人和面试官。
- Follow up on interview outcomes and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring departments.
- 跟进候选人面试结果,及时反馈给候选人和用人部门。
- Assist with new employee onboarding procedures, such as background checks and orientation.
协助完成新员工入职手续,包括背景调查、入职培训等。
- Regularly compile and analyze recruitment data to provide reports on recruitment effectiveness to senior management.
定期统计和分析招聘数据,为上级提供招聘效果评估报告。

Knowledge and Specific Skills Required 所需的知识和特定技能:
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, with a good understanding of recruitment processes and relevant legal regulations.Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
1-2年招聘工作经验,熟悉招聘流程和相关法律法规。熟练使用办公软件,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
- Communication and coordination skills: Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and cooperate effectively with business units and employees to provide effective human resources support

Experiences Required 经验要求:
- Human resource management experience: Experience in a manufacturing company environment or sales company. Have had independent and successful recruitment experience. Familiar with the recruitment process, recruitment channels, and the talent market. Possess certain interview skills. Have the ability to handle pressure.
- 人力资源管理经验:制造型企业环境或销售公司,曾经有独立、成功的招聘经验,熟悉招聘流程、招聘渠道、人才市场,具有一定面试技巧。有抗压能力。
