1. Manage whole training process, include training matrix design, training needs analysis, annual training plan programming, implementation, training result evaluation, and training record; 2. Ensure all training activities and records meet the requirements from IATF16949 and from customers, and responsible for passing the audits; 3. Set up and update Orientation Program ensure the quick involvement of new employees; 4. Set up and update Workshop Training Program ensure all workshop associates get enough training to meet production needs; 5. Build up and maintain the training resources store; 6. Build up internal trainers and internal courses system; 7. Training report monthly & yearly; 8. Perform other duties and assignment that may be required by Supervisor. 职位要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. At least 2 years working experience in HR in manufacturing plant; 3. At least 2 years in training function in auto industry; 4. Experience to pass the audit from IATF 16949 and from customers; 5. Well organized skill, ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization; 6. Fluent English both in writing and speaking, familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
